  Previously we came for a diagnostic for infertility. Two doctors said all was well. 18 months later, we go to an infertility clinic and find a hormone imbalance. A few pills, we're pregnant in 2 months. Incompetent doctors, lazy and apathetic staff. I'd be terrified to have a baby in that hospital - if the staff is this bad, they probably kill their patients by accident or neglect.

  I just now remember that when we needed some tests at the lab, one test was not covered by our insurance. Instead of just asking us if we are willing to pay for the extra test, the pig employee Eva Pinon refuses to process our tests and sends us away. I asked her to process the tests that can be paid and we will call our insurance company from home (our phone doesn't work in the Medimar lab - its in the basement) - this pig refused and told us to come back. I was surprised why she was in such a hurry. After she sent us away, I watched her walk over to a group of colleagues and continue in the conversation that I so rudely interrupted with my lab request. This pig would rather socialize than to help us get our test results.

  You are taking your life in your hands by using this hospital. The absolute sheer incompetence of the staff is alarming. Just trying to get an appointment is nearly impossible - no one EVER answers the phone, the website appointment system is broken. When you arrive, expect bad attitudes and apathetic employees. They purport to be an international hospital but in reality they only have one or two interpreters who work 1/2 day, take a 3 hour siesta, they're gone by 17:00 and they have a bad attitude. This hospital sucks so bad. We only ever go there in emergencies - the hour long drive to Benidorm is worth it.

  Most recently, we had an appointment at 2pm. We arrive at 13:50, wait in line for 20 minutes and then we are told to go to the other building. We depart at 14:10, arrive to the new building at 14:15 and wait in line for another 15 minutes. We finally talk to the clerk at 14:30 and we are told to come back another day because we missed out 14:00 appointment (we arrived 10 minutes early) and the interpreter will go on lunch at 15:00 and can't wait for our appointment. Who cares that our little girl is sick and needs a doctor. Come back tomorrow because the interpreter needs a 3 hour siesta. Shameful.
